The Police and Crime Commissioner for Gwent has approved the contract for the supply and maintenance of Automatic Number Plate Recognition (ANPR) equipment and a managed Access Point Name (APN) be awarded to Tenderer A in accordance with paragraph 84 of the Manual of Corporate Governance.
