The Police and Crime Commissioner for Gwent has agreed to the adoption of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Caerphilly County Borough Council regarding the use of redeployable Automatic Number Plate Recognition (ANPR) assets on their land/infrastructure and for power supply.
