Deputy Commissioner attends "Komedy of Errors" Performance

The performance of 'Komedy of Errors' by award winning circus comedy duo Circus Berzercus was the culmination of behind the scenes work done by the pupils. The event meant pupils sold tickets, design posters, source sponsorship, organise a raffle and they were also in charge of the event on the night. Their 'front of house' roles included putting out chairs, looking after VIP guests, selling refreshments, introducing the performers and welcoming the audience.

Paul Harris, the Deputy Police and Crime Commissioner for Gwent, had the honour of attending last night's performance and commented:

"This is a great example of what can be achieved when the police and partners work together with young people. The performance was very entertaining and the youngsters involved did a great job. I have no doubt that they have developed skills that will stand them in good stead for the future. Well done to all involved!"
