The Police and Crime Commissioner for Gwent would like to thank all those involved with the IAG for the work undertaken during 2013/14.

After scrutiny by the Joint Audit Committee on the 3rd July 2014, the Commissioner has approved the Annual Treasury Management Activity Report and Actual Prudential Indicators for 2013/14.

The Independent Custody Visiting Scheme is a statutory Scheme under the Police Reform and Social Responsibility Act Part 3 Section 299 whose responsibility and oversight lies with the Office of the Police and Crime Commissioner, in consultation with the Chief Constable.

The Chief Executive has reviewed the licence agreement and service level agreement for the use of Caerphilly library and recommended approval.
