This is an information request relating to EDI prison officers

Please include the following information for the last three financial years, 2021/22, 2022/23, 2023/24:

• The number of officers currently in Diversity, Inclusion and Equality roles
• The job titles and pay bands of staff in the Diversity and Inclusion team

You have requested the following information:

1.   If an individual walked into Currys, picked up a laptop, refused to pay and walked out with the laptop would the police get involved?

2.    If an individual walked into Currys picked up a laptop and paid for the device but Currys refused to give the device to the customer, would the police get involved?

3.    If an individual walked into Currys picked up a laptop, paid for the device and software extras, took them home as an early Christmas present. However, as faults were found the laptop was taken back twice and left in Currys possession. Both returns were within the Government 14 day return policy. However, if Currys refuse a refund would the police get involved with an investigation of theft?

4.    What are the differences between questions 1, 2 and 3?

5.   What are all of Sir Robert Peels Principles of Policing?

1.1. Will you confirm the legitimate Constables Oath in full?  

2.2. Will you reply with the full declaration you have sworn to honour, in your position of Police and Crime Commissioner? 

3.3. Will you attempt to ensure the law is being implemented to its fullest in the relevant complaint with Currys and xxxxxxxxx? 

1. When are you next going through an audit of the national fraud initiative?
2. What current procedures do you have in place such as confirmation of payee against fraud?
3. What is your current confirmation of payee software incumbent product & the renewal date of the contract.

This is an information request relating to Pride Month 2024.

Please include the following information:

• Whether any events have been organised for Pride month. If so please provide the date, start and end time, and title/topic of the event
• Whether any LGBT themed merchandise has been purchased for Pride month. i.e. since the beginning of the 2024/25 financial year. If so please provide me with information on what has been purchased and the cost
• Whether the organisation have sponsored any Pride events. If so which events and please provide details of the nature of the sponsorship (particularly the financial value)

Under the Freedom of Information Act, for the tax years 2014/15 to

2022/23 inclusive, please would you please fully disclose the following details, breaking the figures by year:

1. How much revenue has been received by your organisation for services rendered to film and television productions? This could include location rental, permits and all other services related to film productions using your personnel or resources.
2. Please outline the type of work or service rendered, in each case and disclose the revenue received for each type of service.
3. How much has your organisation spent on facilitating such arrangements between 2014/15 to 2022/23, inclusive, broken down by year?

-If the police estate has been surveyed to see whether its buildings contain Reinforced Autoclaved Aerated Concrete (RAAC)?

-If so, when the surveys took place?

-How many buildings were identified as containing the material?

-What, if any, action has been taken as a result of the findings?

-How much money has been spent on such action to date?

-What is the total estimated future cost of action to deal with RAAC?

Can you provide details of grants awarded in the financial years 2022-2023 and 2023-2024:

• For which at least one of the outputs/outcomes was to provide services to victims of stalking. This could be any service to help victims such as counselling, information and advice, or casework; or address perpetrator offending such as perpetrator intervention programmes, however there must be specific reference to working with victims of stalking.  
• Please provide details of the grant including the amount, the service provider, the services provided and the specific stalking outcome/output.   
• Please indicate with a y/n if the service is open to victims of stalking who are not ex-intimate in the table below.

8.    The names of the organisations who have made a referral to the programme

•       What child sexual exploitation/abuse (CSE/A) contracts/services do you currently commission or deliver in house?

•       Please can you confirm the supplier/provider of each of these CSE/A services/contracts?

•       Please can you confirm the annual and total contract values of each of these contracts/services?

•       Please can you confirm the start date & duration of each of these contracts?

•       Could you please provide a copy of the service/product specification given to all bidders for when these contracts were last advertised?

•       Please can you confirm if there is an extension clause in each of these contracts and, if so, the duration of the extension?

•       Has a decision been made yet on whether each of these contracts is being either extended, direct awarded or recommissioned? And if so what is the decision?

•       Who is the senior officer (outside of procurement) responsible for each of these contracts?

•       Are there any planned market engagement events for each of these contracts if they are being recommissioned?

•       Are there any new CSE/A contracts you intend to commission in the next 36 months that have already been confirmed/given permission to proceed?

Will you please advise on the annual, most recent information, regarding the budgetary costs of running the P.C.C. Office in Gwent.
