Can you please tell me the amount and monetary value of parking fines in your area for 2018.

I write to request copies of the following under the Freedom of Information Act 2000: Any correspondence relating to Drug Consumption Rooms / facilities / centres (or Overdose Prevention Rooms / facilities / centres). If it is possible to do keyword searches on “drug consumption” and “overdose prevention”, this would suffice. For guidance, I am seeking correspondence sent or received by the office of the Police and Crime Commissioner between 1 January 2019 and today (13 January 2020).

1. please can you send me a copy of the current subject access request acknowledgment AND response letter that you use
2. a copy of the last 5 dpias completed
3. a copy of any internal mandatory information governance training that you give to staff which was written in the last 2 years including presentation slides and videos and any other media
4. a copy of any instructions given to staff members to reduce data security breaches, for example double checking work
5. a copy of any policies implemented in the last 2 years within the organisation to help reduce the environmental impact that the organisation has?
6. please can I have a copy of the risk rating that you use to evaluate data security incidents?

1. Please, can you provide a list of all employee roles who are employed by your authority and are subject to the provisions as set out in the Official Secrets Acts 1911-1989? This can be provided in any format, however, a spreadsheet detailing each role and a mark as to whether the role requires the role holder to sign a declaration as to their recognition of being bound thus required to comply with the Act(s).

1. Which organisation (if any) does the PCC commission to deliver Return Home Interviews for children whohavebeen missing?

Today, 8 November 2019, I received a telephone call from a PS of Gwent police with reference to a statement made by me for Avon and Somerset police on 18 October 2019 but which was not forwarded to that force by a PC Was as agreed at the time and in the presence of a witness. She and her Sergeant PS subsequently decided without my knowledge or agreement to retain my statement and close the report as NFA (No Further Action). I was not made aware of this until today on receipt of a telephone call from Avon and Somerset received before the call fromthe PS informed me that Gwent police will not action or record any complaint I may make. I contribute to the police precept and therefore am entitled to service from any appropriate police force. 1. Please confirm and provide a copy of the relevant legislation/Home Office instruction, policy, procedure and/or requirement placed upon Gwent police which permits them to sabotage, interfere with, intercept and refuse to submit my statement so that Avon and Somerset are not in a position to investigate an offence committed in their force area. 2. Please also confirm and provide a copy of the Home Office document(s) which authorise such caveats placed on Home Office Counting Rules to the detriment of a person reporting crime

In Gwent I noted that in 2010 there were 148 Police Stations open. In 2017 there were just 73 open. Please would you let me know how many Police Stations are now open in 2019.

Can you please tell me the total spent on branded PCC merchandiseby the Office of the Police & Crime Commissionersince November 2012? Could you furthermore tell me how many branded items have been purchased, the type of items purchased and the amount spent per year?
