‘decision’ to delegate reviews to Sancus.

It is acknowledged, that those complaints made against police that were then not upheld by them, may then be forwarded to the PCC for review. The caveat is that the PCC may only review those complaints that do not fall within the remit of the IOPC.

My question to you is this: where, exactly e.g. Section, paragraph etc. does it state in Schedule 3. Police Reform Act 2002 that the PCC may delegate/outsource their statutory duty to conduct reviews, to third parties?

Please, respond to the following questions that all involve SANCUS SOLUTIONS [SS]– who you outsource your reviews to:

How many reviews have they carried out for you?

How many of those were ‘upheld?’

The circumstances that evolved into the contract i.e. did they approach you first or, did you approach them first?

If, a PCC approached them, was it Dyfed Powys, Gwent or North Wales.

If, it was one of the three aforementioned PCCs, the name, position and PCC that he/she works for.

3. When is the contract up for renewal?
4. Are you considering or interested in Microsoft Teams Voice (Direct Routing)?

Do you procure through the Networks Services 2 framework? (RM3808 previously RM1045) If not, how do you procure mobiles and telecommunication services/solutions?

Can you advise how many staff the incumbent P.C.C has to efficiently run the PCC office.

Can you advise how many Police are used in the PCC office?

Can you advise if the PCC office conducts its own FOI requests.

Can you advise if the Police conduct the PCC FOI requests

1. FOUNDATION EVIDENCE for the claim that all genus of cannabis meets the currently accepted criteria for a schedule 1 substance in its raw form.

2. FOUNDATION EVIDENCE for the claim that cannabinoid preparations meet the currently accepted criteria for a schedule 1 substance.

3. FOUNDATION EVIDENCE for the claim that cannabis is a 'controlled' substance in the UK and who is making that claim of control.

4. FOUNDATION EVIDENCE for what is considered misuse of raw cannabis and its various preparations.

5. The Clear Scientific Evidence of physical and mental harm and harm to communities, resultant from the use of cannabis to justify the class B penalty as per the 1971 Misuse of Drugs Act.

In respect of grants made by the Home Office from the Safer Streets Fund please provide the following information:

I am writing to kindly ask whether I could receive information regarding the the total spending on public relations in each of the last 5 years by the Office of the Police and Crime Commissioner. This information can include, but is not restricted to, advertising, communications advice, media relations services, press release, drafting, photography, awards and events evenings, leaflets and brochures. If possible, I would be grateful if I could also receive a breakdown of this expenditure.

Upon reviewing your 'Gwent PCC Estate Strategy' document, I note that all the properties owned by the PCC were recently surveyed to assess their condition. I note that the document states that 'just over 70% of the properties surveyed are in a good or reasonable condition'. Please can you disclose which properties are deemed to be in a good or reasonable conduction, and which ones are not?
