The Gwent Multi-Agency Missing Children Partnership was established to create, manage and deliver a service to improve the multi-agency response to missing and runaway children and young people in Gwent by working collaboratively to share information, assess risk and commission independent debrief interviews.

The Commissioner has agreed to continue with the Scheme in order to provide protection to both the Police Dogs and the Police and to also provide reassurance to the community.

The Partnership Fund grant scheme is funded by the proceeds of crime and awarded to the police and from the sale of unclaimed, found property. Applications will be received between the 23rd May 2014 and the 30th June 2014.

Under the Police Reform and Social Responsibility Act 2011, I am required to publish a Police and Crime Plan that sets out my objectives for Gwent. In order to ensure delivery of these objectives and allow monitoring of prohress, the Force has produced a Delivery Plan.

The Commissioner has been asked to approve the framework for the provision of national driver rehabilitation courses in accordance with paragraph 85 of the Police and Crime Commissioner\'s Manual of Governance. Tenderer E scored the highest following the completion of a Most Economically Advantageous Tender (MEAT) process.
