The Commissioner has been asked to approve the framework for the provision of national driver rehabilitation courses in accordance with paragraph 85 of the Police and Crime Commissioner\'s Manual of Governance. Tenderer E scored the highest following the completion of a Most Economically Advantageous Tender (MEAT) process.

The Commissioner has been asked to approve the request to extend the current contract with TTC Group Ltd for the provision of driver education offender rehabilitation scheme(s) for one month in accordance with paragraph 125 of the Police and Crime Commissioner for Gwent Manual of Governance.

Under the Police Reform and Social Responsibility Act 2011, the Commissioner is required to produce, for each financial year, an Annual Report that highlights how the Commissioner has been carrying out his role and the progress that has been made in meeting the police and crime plan objectives as set out within the Police and Crime Plan for Gwent.

The Commissioner is satisfied that the issues raised by the Welsh Language Commissioner on the Welsh Language monitoring report for 2012/13 have been responded to appropriately.

It was agreed at the All Wales Policing Group held on 26th and 27th March 2014, that a joint MoU would be adopted to establish scrutiny arrangements that would apply to all existing and also any new collaborative agreements.

The windows to the east elevations on the Administration Block and the east elevation of the Amenity Block are the original single glazed steel windows and now require renewal.

In accordance with the requirements of the Equality Act 2010, the Office of the Police and Crime Commissioner published its Equality Objectives within a Strategic Equality Plan. Each of these organisations will need to provide the Commissioner with such information as necessary to reassure him that the grant funding allocated has been used effectively to provide a service that supports his priorities for Gwent as stipulated in his Police and Crime Plan.
