I wish to make an FOI request. Please provide me with the following information for the financial years 2020/21, 2021/22, 2022/23.

All expenditure made by your organisation, in every facet of its operations and purview, on translation, interpretation, and language services.

We are requesting information to understand how many Child Independent Domestic Violence Advisers (CHIDVAs) and Child Independent Sexual Violence Advisers (CHISVAs) you currently commission. For the purposes of this Freedom of Information request, CHIDVAs and CHISVAs are independent domestic and sexual violence advisers who specifically work with children (under 18s), and not with adults.

We are looking to find:

1. How many FTE Child Independent Domestic Violence Advisers (CHIDVAs) have you commissioned in the financial years 2023-2024; 2022-2023; 2021-2022?
2. How many FTE Child Independent Sexual Violence Advisers (CHISVAs) have you commissioned in the financial years 2023-2024; 2022-2023; 2021-2022?
3. How many FTE Child Independent Domestic Violence Advisers (CHIDVAs) and FTE Independent Sexual Violence Advisers (CHISVAs) have you co-commissioned with local authorities in the financial years 2023-2024; 2022-2023; 2021-2022?
4. How may FTE Independent Domestic Violence Advisers (IDVAs) have you commissioned in the financial years 2023-2024; 2022-2023; 2021-2022?
5. How many FTE Independent Sexual Violence Advisers (ISVAs) have you commissioned in the financial years 2023-2024; 2022-2023; 2021-2022?
6. How many FTE Independent Domestic Violence Advisers (IDVAs) and FTE Independent Sexual Violence Advisers (ISVAs) have you co-commissioned with local authorities in the financial years 2023-2024; 2022-2023; 2021-2022?

Under the FOI Act, I’d like to request the following information from Gwent Police and Crime Commissioner please.

• Name of organisation SIRO (Senior Information Risk Owner) or similar post (Chief Information Governance Officer etc), or responsible person for SIRO duties.

• Contact email of person named in request No. 1.

• Name of organisation DPO (Data Protection Officer) or responsible person for DPO duties.

• Contact email of DPO.

• Have you appointed, or do you plan on appointing or delegating the position of IAO to any employees?

• Whom is responsible for the leading IAO structure, I.E. the SIRO/’Lead’ IAO/Head of Governance/Head of Corporate Services etc.?

• Whom is responsible for reviewing and implementing any training needs for the IAO’s? (A job title is fine)

• Spend on external IAO training over the past 5 years, per year (financial year), or is the training delivered internally (if at all)?

• Are you or have you considered becoming ISO 27001 compliant or certified?

• Following on from Q11, If so whom is/would be responsible for implementation or exploration of ISO 27001? (as in, the person/job title)

You have requested the following information:

Incident involving Chief Superintendent Mark Warrender and Acting Assistant Chief Constable Marc Budden in June 2019.

Q1.     Please could you provide me with a timeline from June 2019 right up to the misconduct hearing in September 2022, which I believe was held in the HQ of Avon and Somerset Police, detailing all the key events.

Q2.     Please could you provide me with a ball park figure of the monies received by  Warrender and Budden whilst they were suspended on full pay.

Q3.     Please can you give me ball park figures for Warrender lump sum and annual pension when he retired days before the conclusion of the misconduct hearing.

What is the Police and Crime Commissioner currently doing to combat knife crime?

Please supply details of current initiatives.

What has been spent (£) on these initiatives?

Please supply figures for the past five years (calendar or financial) -- from 2018 to the present.

If possible, please supply this information in spreadsheet format (excel).

Please can you confirm if the decommissioning of the old police HQ has been completed. If, not what is the expected timescale for this to happen.

I would really appreciate if you were able to answer the questions below:

1. Does your force create body maps as a method of documenting a victim’s injuries?
2. If yes, is this done internally or externally?
3. If no, what other method is implemented?
4. What type of case is this most prevalent in?
5. Are the mannequins/models used standardised, or edited to resemble the victim?
6. Do you have a standard operating procedure in place, for this procedure?

Good afternoon,

1) I would like to know the number of accidents involving vehicles and/or pedestrians on Bishton Road, Bishton, Newport, Gwent (From the start at Station Road, Llanwern Village to the end of the road joining Waltwood Road).

2) Please report for the dates between 1st September 2022 and 31st August 2023.

3) Please can you also advise if these were classed as Mild, Moderate or Serious accidents?

This is a submission of an FOI request concerning the allocation of funding for victim support services in your local area.

In particular, we are interested in seeing a break down in funding grants for local victim services, for both multi-crime services and specialist domestic abuse services, with the names of individual grantees included.
