The Commissioner is required to adopt and comply with the Chartered Institute of Public Finance and Accountancy (CIPFA) Prudential Code for Capital Finance in Local Authorities and the CIPFA Code of Practice on Treasury Management. The Treasury Management Strategy 2022/23 to 2024/25 and the Treasury Management Practices have been agreed in order to comply with the codes.
