A review of the Manual of Corporate Governance is undertaken on an annual basis by the Strategic Planning Group. Ordinarily the Joint Audit Committee would receive the amendments to the Manual of Corporate Governance for approval prior to the Strategy Performance Board meeting. However, due to changes to the meeting dates the Commissioner and Chief Constable approved the amendments in principle at the Strategy Performance Board meeting on 2nd March 2022 subject to any amendments recommended by Joint Audit Committee on the 9th March 2022.
