Pillgwenlly children ‘plant a tree for the Jubilee’

My team were delighted to join members of Pillgwenlly Primary School’s Heddlu Bach and local community members for the planting of a tree as part of the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee Celebrations.

The Queen’s Green Canopy is a tree planting initiative created to mark the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee in 2022 and which invites people from across the United Kingdom to “Plant a Tree for the Jubilee.”

Pillgwenlly Primary School was one of just a small number of schools in Wales to receive a tree for this special event. I would like to thank everyone who made the day a success.
