The Police and Crime Commissioner for Gwent agreed to provide the two Local Policing Area (LPA) Superintendents with £10,000 each for the Positive Impact Fund to assist in the delivery of the Police and Crime Plan priorities on the understanding that awards could be granted for projects that were able to demonstrate a positive impact on the communities they serve.
