Senghenydd Youth Drop in Centre

We joined partners in Senghenydd in the Aber Valley for the annual general meeting of the Senghenydd Youth Drop in Centre (Sydic) recently.

Sydic currently receives money from the Commissioner’s community fund to pay for a senior youth worker to support children and young people in the community, and it was good to review some of the successes of the past year.

The young people from Sydic recently worked with the Arts Council of Wales to create a short film tackling the issue of bullying. The launch was featured on ITV.
