Crime prevention advice for families in Newport

The Office of the Police and Crime Commissioner has supported Gwent Police to deliver community safety advice to new parents in Newport.

The team visited the Bundles Baby Bank at Community House which provides parents with a safe space to come together with their little ones. They worked in partnership with officers to provide the group with community safety items, personal alarms and home security devices.

Bundles Baby Bank offers an opportunity for parents to seek advice and support, and they can also pick up essential baby items such as preloved clothing and nappies. It runs every Friday from 10.30am – 11.30am at Community House Newport. Referrals can be made via the Your Newport website.
