You have requested the following information:

 Question 1: Could you please provide the cost figure associated with the construction of the building that was covered by the PFI?

Pure construction cost was £4,823,000, the total cost associated with build including Project Management, preliminaries, tendering, financial due diligence and legal fees was £5,773,750

Question 2: For the fiscal year 2017/2018, the annual cost was GBP 964,197. Could you please break down how this cost was calculated in terms of:

  • The repayment of the construction cost

£ 749,065 (part of £964,197)

  • The maintenance of the property

Facilities Management - £215,132  (part of £964,197)

Lifecycle costs for replacement of ICT and Furniture and mechanical and electrical components - £101,145 (in addition to £964,197)

  • Any additional costs not covered by the above

Rates, Utilities and Insurance - £225,525 (in addition to £964,197)

Question 3: In 2019, a team of consultants was hired to assess whether an early termination of the contract, through a one-off lump sum payment, would provide value for money for the force. Could you please share the detailed findings of this assessment?
