The Police and Crime Commissioner for Gwent has agreed to provide the two Local Policing Area (LPA) Superintendents with £10,000 each to establish a Positive Impact Fund to assist in the delivery of the Police and Crime Plan priorities.

Each LPA will be expected to comply with the same process as the Positive Impact Fund run by the OPCC (PCCG-2013-123) and provide an annual expenditure report for review at the end of each financial year.
